My Procedures

The main thing I want to get fixed is my NOSE. Noses are...not cool. I'm pretty sure at least 89.4% of the human population needs to get work done on their nose. Whether it be a complete renovation or minor adjustment. All the statistics on this blog are completely accurate you can trust me on this!! It's just crazy to me how a nose can completely change your appearance, hopefully for the better. Blake Lively, Ashlee Simpson, Ryan Gosling etc. are living proof of this.

I first noticed, or actually was told, that I had a big nose in grade 7. My friends and I were kinda awful to each other and were always making questionable jokes. I don't remember the exact scenario but I was commenting on a large nose and one of them said "Hah you're one to talk!". They weren't trying to be malicious or anything and I wasn't insulted or became self conscious after that in any way. I just remember laughing and thinking to myself "oh true...I guess my nose is kinda big". In high school I never had a problem with it either which I'm actually kinda surprised about in retrospect. I'd say I started to become really unhappy with my nose roughly two to three years after graduating high school. I was looking at pictures and just couldn't stop thinking how much better I would look with it trimmed down. In the past I'd thought about getting a nose job before but only in the sense of like, it being a fantasy? if that makes sense. Nothing serious just like yeah I would love to have a defined nose but I probably wouldn't ever end up getting surgery.

Around Autumn 2012 is when I started to seriously consider getting work done and when I began my research.

There are two things I want to get done to my nose. An alar reduction and tiplasty. The alar is right above your nostrils as you can see in the bottom image.

For the tiplasty I'll post a description I got from one of my consultations.

Pretty standard stuff.

The second procedure I'd like to get done is a chin implant. My side profile is pretty awful and my weak chin is quite noticeable from that view. I really noticed it when I took a bunch of side pictures for online consultations, and then a couple of the clinics recommended I consider getting it done lmao@@@ I do agree with them though a weak chin in general tends to not look so great and for my situation it doesn't make sense to fly all the way to Korea just to get one thing done. My face will definitely benefit from this I'm almost more excited to see how it'll turn out compared to my nose.

This chin talk reminds me of something that happened in kindergarten. I was standing on top of the playground and this kid ran into me causing me to fall face first down the slide. I busted up my chin pretty bad and I still have a small scar from that. Did that accident cause my chin to not grow the way it should??? I think I'm gonna have to go on a manhunt and harvest his chin tbh.

anyway

The last thing I want to get done on this trip isn't final yet. It depends on how the in person consultations go and if I even have enough in the first place. I'd like to get my lips slightly reduced just so they don't protrude that much. Unlike my chin none of the clinics I did online consultations with suggested the procedure. I do know the chin implant will help make my lips not look so dramatic (especially when looking on from the side). We will see
